ALUMNI REUNION AND FAMILY WEEKEND

Two very important groups, Alumni and Parents, are invited to the CCU campus for the weekend of September 23 – 24.

THE MAIN EVENT

The main event of Alumni Reunion Weekend is the Rich Mullins Scholarship Benefit Concert and Worship Service. The event will begin at 6:45 with music from Xtremity, a new group comprised of several of Rich Mullins family. At 7:00 President Faust will give recognition to the honored five year classes from 1940 through 2000. Rick Shonkwiler, CCU Alumni Association President, will present the annual Excellence in Ministry Award. The Concert Choir will sing a medley of Rich Mullins songs arranged by Dr. Ken Reid for this occasion and also lead us in worship. Included in the program will be a video about what is happening at CCU along with an update from Dr. Faust. Mitch McVicker and his band are the featured performing group of the evening. Mitch was a close personal friend of Rich Mullins and a 1999 Dove Award Winner. An offering will be received for the Mullins Music and Worship Scholarship. Following the program, a reception will be held in the Student Life Center and David Grubbs Patio.

This event is free to all alumni but we do ask you to call to register, 513-244-8113.

We are looking forward to a great time together.
