MAIL CENTER

Current Students:

The mail center is a service of the CCU Bookstore.
All incoming, outgoing, and internal mail/packages are processed through the mail center.

INCOMING MAIL/PACKAGES
Campus mailboxes are provided free-of-charge, as an option for convenient campus communication.
Campus mailboxes are available to undergraduate students living on- or off-campus and graduate students. (In general, graduate students & CALL students receive campus communication via mail or in class).

Notice of TEMPORARY ADDRESS
The campus address is a temporary address for students, mainly those living on-campus. The campus address is not a “permanent address” for any student, and it cannot be used as a “PO Box.” Students must have a permanent, off-campus address (for taxes, financial aid, bank statements, etc).

Incoming mail is picked up from the Post Office each morning, Monday through Friday. All incoming mail is processed & distributed to the mailboxes by noon each day. Incoming packages are delivered by UPS and FedEx daily. Delivery times vary. Deliveries are processed as they arrive. Notices are distributed via the mailboxes.

INTERNAL MAIL & ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Students may TURN IN A PAPER TO A PROFESSOR. All papers are “received” with a date- and time- stamp for accuracy. The mail center is not responsible for any papers received through outside mail slots after hours.

Professors may RETURN GRADED PAPERS to students. All grades must be located on the inside/back page (for privacy) and all papers must have the students’ campus mailbox number on them. Papers without mailbox numbers on them will be discarded.

The campus community may use INTERNAL MAIL CORRESPONDENCE for individual and mass mailings. All individual mail to students must have the students’ campus mailbox number on them. All individual mail to CCU faculty or staff must be written clearly. Campus mailbox numbers are not needed.

Passport Applications and Moving Guides (from the Post Office) are also available in the Mail Center.
