Cincinnati Christian University Men’s Soccer Team to Host NCCAA Regional Soccer Play Offs at Xavier Campus

Cincinnati, OH October 20, 2005- Cincinnati Christian University has announced its men’s soccer team will host the NCCAA 2005 Mid-East Regional Soccer Play Offs at The Paul L. O’Conner Memorial Center on the campus of Xavier University this Friday and Saturday, October 21st & 22nd.

Cincinnati Christian University Athletic Director, Jeremy Jones said, “We are proud to be hosting the regional tournament and we greatly appreciate Xavier University for working with us to be able to use their outstanding facilities.”  Jones continued, “the public is invited and we encourage every soccer fan to come out and support the home town team, which has had an outstanding season.”

Following is the schedule for the tournament:
Friday Oct. 21st 12:00 CCU vs. Crown College vs. Appalachian (play in game today @ 3:00 at Crown College)
2:00 Kentucky Christian University vs. Johnson Bible College
Saturday Oct. 22nd 1:00 CHAMPIONSHIP

CCU swept through the Mid – East Region regular season conference play unblemished 10-0 and finished 16-2 on the season.
KCU- is located in Grayson, KY
Crown College- Powell, TN
Appalachian Bible College-Bradley, WV
Johnson Bible College Knoxville, TN
