Diversity and Inclusion

The Diversity and Inclusion Program is under the direction of the Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator. The program serves as an advocate for students, faculty, staff, and partners with administration on issues relating to diversity and inclusion. The Diversity and Inclusion Program is facilitated by two on campus groups, Solidarity and the Diversity and Inclusion Task Force.


Solidarity is a student led group that works to educate our campus community about diversity and inclusion through various events and initiatives.

Diversity and Inclusion Task Force

The Diversity and Inclusion Task Force is a group of faculty and staff that works to present proposals and address formal and informal policies related to diversity and inclusion.

The CCU Diversity and Inclusion Program also works to engage the institution in the diverse greater Cincinnati community and is committed to addressing all diversity and inclusion topics through the lens of the Gospel. The Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator is a member of the Student Services staff and reports directly to the Director of Student Services.
