Church Name: Lakeside Christian Church
Location: Lakeside Park, KY
The Worship Minister will be a full collaborative member of the Lakeside Christian Church Worship and Creative Team. This consists of collaborating with Creative Team members to design, plan and execute weekend worship experiences that align with Lakeside’s teaching and vision calendar. The Hebron Worship Minister will be the primary worship leader for the Hebron campus but will rotate to the Lakeside Park and Taylor Mill campuses up to 8 times per year.
The Hebron Worship Minister will be entrusted with the decentralized oversight and leadership of the Hebron Campus worship team. This consists of scheduling and equipping worship teams, leading rehearsals and preparing the auditorium for any and all weekend service needs. The Hebron Worship Minister will collaborate with the Creative Team to plan and execute all centralized worship events and initiatives. This includes weekend service programming as well as special campus events like prayer gatherings or worship nights. The Hebron Worship Minister will work alongside the Hebron campus team to ensure a cohesive and focused weekend experience for the Hebron congregation. This consists of participating in weekly review/preview meetings with the campus team and staying in close communication with the Hebron Campus Pastor.

Required Education, Experience, and Membership:
Full Membership within Lakeside Christian Church (including alignment with Lakeside’s values and beliefs)
A Bachelor’s degree in a pastoral field (or comparable experience in that field)
Confident musician and singer
Beneficial Skills & Experience
Experience building and leading volunteer teams
Experience utilizing Planning Center Online
Experience with audio, video and lighting equipment
Experience with Ableton
Multi-site church experience
Organizational and communication skills
