OCF is a thriving community church for all generations. Both contemporary and traditional Sunday-morning services take place in our 60,000-square-foot building. Our weekly attendance is around 350. Ontario is a suburb of the larger city of Mansfield, conveniently located between Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio.
Ontario Christian Fellowship is looking for a Youth and Worship Pastor to join out ministry team as we enjoy God, equips believers, and engage the world.
The Youth and Worship Pastor will work with diligence to raise up the next generation as followers of Jesus. The position requires a high-energy, responsible, organized disciple of Christ with excellent interpersonal skills, a great attitude, a good work ethic, and is excited about reaching teens with the truth of Jesus! Core responsibility of the role are: Leading out high school ministry, overseeing out middle school ministry, leading teams of committed volunteers, planning worship services, and leading worship in our contemporary worship service.
The Youth and Worship Pastor will intentionally and effectively draw people into Sunday morning worship at OCF. The position requires a Jesus-loving, technologically-gifted musician with good communication skills, and a great attitude and healthy work ethic.

Key Tasks:
– Oversee OCF Youth Ministries
o Hands-on leadership of high school and middle school youth groups.
o Invest in the lives of OCF youth and their families
o Recruit, screen, train, and disciple volunteer leaders who invest in the lives of the OCF youth.
o Plan regular programming on Sundays and Wednesdays.
o Communicate well with parents and other ministry staff.

– Plan and orchestrate authentic, seamless Sunday morning worship
o Recruit, train, and disciple volunteer musicians and vocalists (worship team and choir)
o Oversee tech equipment and sound booth volunteers
o Integrate creative elements with the service (drama, dance, puppets)
